Collective Leadership for Cultural Change

Leadership expert Kathy Hilyard examines how collective leadership is critical for reform and provides practical strategies for resilience in times of disruption.

On Friday 22 April, KPMG Partner Kathy Hilyard was joined by sports and business leader, Scott Draper to discuss collective leadership for cultural change in Aged Care.

In the 75 minute session, facilitators examined the definition of leadership in the context of reform and the importance of self-management in times of disruption and challenge.

Governing body members and executives reflected on practical strategies to foster personal and team resilience, and actions to establish and lead a collective leadership team.
