We want your feedback!

The Governing for Reform in Aged Care Program will soon be undergoing an evaluation to measure the Program’s performance against its intended outcomes. As a participant in the Program, we would love to hear about your experience with the Program and are inviting you to complete a survey and/or register for an online interview.

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission has requested KPMG to conduct an evaluation of the Program at the end of 2023. To inform the evaluation, we would like to invite you to participate in the survey and/or online interview.

Interview

Interviews will be held online via Microsoft Teams throughout November and will last approximately 60 minutes. To ensure anonymity, interview participants will not be identified by name or organisation in the evaluation report. However, details such as provider size, provider state, and participant role may be referred to.

You can register your interest to participate in an interview here.

Survey

All participants in the Program will receive an email with a link to participate in the survey when it opens on 10 November. The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete and is a combination of multiple-choice questions and open text questions. The survey is anonymous and data will be aggregated, however, open-text responses may be quoted in the report with reference to participant details such as provider size, provider state, and participant role.

For any questions regarding the survey or interviews, please email the Governing for Reform in Aged Care team at AU-FMagedcaregoverna@kpmg.com.au
